Does anyone know what the voltage is suppose to be when making colloidal silver or does it really matter?

It depends on why you want to make colloidal silver. If you're interested in it for its supposed alternative medicine benefits, I'd strongly suggest you don't do this. Like all alternative medicine products and practices, colloidal silver has no observable therapeutic benefits and, like most so-called alternative medicine, it has some serious potential dangers.

Thanks Bob i was curious if that stuff worked. I was interested in making it to see if I could make various samples with different ppm I recently obtained a TDS meter from a friend and he was telling me about colloidal Ag and how it didnt prove any medicinal properties in his use and I was thinking it might be because the ppm was to low or even to high.

Thanks!

P.S. Thanks again for the sales link!
