New registrations disabled

Due to frequent forum spamming, I've been forced to disable automatic registrations.

To register, send email to me at thompson@homesciencelab.com with a brief note. (Just enough that I know that you're a real person rather than a bot.) This email has to have a sender name from a "real" ISP such as comcast or roadrunner. I can no longer accept requests from "throwaway" email addresses such as gmail, yahoo, and so on. Basically, if you can get an email account for free from that domain, I won't consider it valid.

Sorry for the hassles, but I simply don't have time to deal with the spammers any other way.
