I found this good chart on Wiki listing the water solubility of many chemicals.
Rated as grams of dissolved substance within 100 grams water at various temperature increments between 0 C. and 100C.
Since 1 gram pure water is VERY close to 1 ml, you could use the chart as "grams substance dissolved within 100 ml water"
Thus you can visualize the solubility curve against temperature for re-crystallization out of water solutions.
Most of us are using 100 ml graduated cylinders and/or 100 ml volumetric flasks for solvent dispensing; so the Chart data fits in very well.
